"Where do I even begin? Big O has been one of the easiest trade services I’ve ever worked with. I’ve owned 4 homes and have had to replace my garage door in all of them. This was my first time using this company, which I was referred to by a good friend, and I had only heard good things about them. Boy, was I satisfied! The owner (Tyler) came out less than 24 hours after calling and was very knowledgeable about the product they were selling and the installation process. I was unsure of what style of door would look best on my home, and Tyler suggested what he thought was best. The end result? I’m more than happy with it! During the waiting period while the door was on order, I was updated by Tyler almost every week about when it would be arriving. During the 5 weeks I was waiting, my garage door spring broke, and my car was stuck inside. I called Big O, and Tyler was at my house 1 hour later! He put a temporary fix on the door and didn’t charge me a dime! The installers were there a few short weeks after that and installed the new door in 6 hours. They were very polite, cleaned up after themselves, and made good conversation with my husband and me! 5/5 stars any day for Big O Garage Doors!"
